Nothing but spikes everywhere, with places for you to step on. Easy, but the spike placement hurts the sight and might be confusing for some people.

It's just needle literally.
Not too complicated at first but still have a few more precise jumps.
I think there's a bit of collision order issues but I could be mistaken

Essentially its mainly a three-screen needle game in which the entire room is made of needles, and the bases of them do not kill you. The saves also happen to be needles as well, and can kill you if you touch them. As far as sound goes, the blaring guy rock music throws off the B/W background of a dirt road, not exactly sure what direction the creator intended but I'd recommend playing your own music for it. One issue that should also be noted is that some needle bases will still kill you regardless, and sometimes this can get frankly annoying.
Oh, in case you lose track of how many spikes have been in the game so far, so you can totally get back to counting correctly, the game has a display in each room saying how many are in it, as well as how many have been in total up to now.
