Well made Adventure game with nice gimmicks. Definitely not a 'beginner game' but is good for people who have completed a few fangames already. I definitely recommend.

Generally considered one of the best starter fangames by most people. Has everything from needle (to an extent), to an underwater section to puzzles. I think everyone has to play this at least once, new or old.

Interesting fangame. Fairly short but provides a constant variety in leveldesign and gimmicks. Although I did not enjoy all types of gimmicks, most were clever and well executed.
The music in the game is very enjoyable, however also on the short side. This means it starts over quite often if you need some more time on a save. The music does not restart on death though, as with any good fangame.
The difficulty is fairly low. As a new fangame player it took me 1.5 hour and 550 deaths. The game does throw in more suprise kills and unclear puzzles in your face than i personally like. The game is mostly easy with a few difficulty spikes thrown in. Maybe not suited for your very first fangame, but a good follow up for harder ones.

I really enjoyed this game. It starts off very easy with the water segment being mostly a joke (you can swim around basically all the difficult jumps) but the difficulty ramps up reasonably. The final stage felt like a bit of a difficulty spike and I actually took a short break from the game because of it. I took another break a little bit earlier to learn how vines work (IWBT Vine Tutorial). The final boss is unfortunately a letdown, with predictable and easy to dodge attacks. You can probably kill her in the first few tries.
In general, if you're as new as me to the fangame scene then you should at least give this a shot and see how far you get. If you're a veteran, you'll probably breeze through it but you'll enjoy the small gimmicks. So a good game for everyone.
