About the secrets, there are 3 of them and if you don't have them at the end, you have the opportunity to replay the whole game to find them (no stage select). They didn't make any difference to the ending that I could see.

Rating doesn't include secrets.
Seems to use a bit more of effort than Middle. There are a couple reverse trolls, instead of just flying spikes everywhere, and I believe that the first dialogue is supposed to explain the game? Obviously, it's not in english. Meh.
Even so, most of the game is quite generic, and once in a while there are screens that use way too many traps in one save. The bosses aren't much better. The normal bosses are just generic RNG with aimed attacks, so the only original-ish stuff are the avoidances. They are kinda interesting, with some original attacks, and surprisingly well-balanced.
It's not a terrible game, but it's no more than a generic game with very few outstanding stuff. Wouldn't recommend.
