If you don't "skip" the platforming (which I did), the rating goes down to around 0.5, and difficulty goes up to 77.

The "platforming" part in this is dumb and probably way too stupid but you can basically skip it. I had some fun with this boss but unlike the one in Donald 1, the clear depends on the absolutely psychotic luck check near the end of the boss, and then you still have to survive a decently precise pattern attack. Definitely more annoying than donald 1 but still worth trying.
