Have you ever thought about how overpowered The Kid is? This game questions this by proposing a scenario that splits the character into two, one of them possessing some abilities that the other one does not. Their goal, as the name implies, is to reunite themselves into one gunslinger again.
Exploring different locations with different puzzles to solve using this mechanic is fun and very creative. It does feel like this was the game's main focus of it however, since the rest of elements like traps and bosses seem weak in comparison. Nevertheless, it is a fun concept that despite not being explored at its fullest here, is executed with a lot of charm.
Also, I love me some MIDI tracks in my aiwana.

Thought the gimmick was going to be tedious, but the design handles it pretty well. Very fun brain moments, would love to see more elaborate uses of this in the future.

Solid adventure game that really teaches you the importance of the Kid's power by taking it away. It was a very dramatic change by removing the double jump of one kid, and the shooting of another, but by the end, once you return to glory you realize just how strong the Kid truly is.
The majority of the game is pretty solid and relaxing, though there are aspects where you'll have to deal with some basic spike traps, as well as a boss that can be pretty tedious if you don't want to play it risky. The other bosses are fine, but they're also pretty boring you're decent at them. I'd still recommend the game though, it's an interesting idea that they managed to execute pretty well.

Interesting gimmick that isn't used to its fullest imo. You control two kids, one can jump and one can shoot. You don't get to use both for saves until later on, and these saves are kinda weak, with annoying traps. I feel like the gimmick could've been used for more, but despite that it's original and creative, and there's a lot of fun parts. However, the bosses were also pretty boring, and brought the game down a bit.
