Love the MMO is a neat Adventure game from Marimario that consists of some interesting Gimmick usages that make for a neat playthrough.

The game starts with a trap stage introduction, all of the saves in it are pretty short and only have a few so it's pretty easy to get through. Past this is a hub with four stages, but you do have to beat them in order. These stages are the interesting part of the game as they all have their own gimmick. One stage involves a meter in which you can click to change the Kid's gravity. Another involves an RPG level up mechanic where killing enemies grants experience points to level up. There's also a stage in which hitting a spike forces you to immediately fight a boss, or you can do screens without damage to reach it without hp. Finally, there is a Kirby-themed stage at the end. Each of these four all come with its own boss which uses the stage gimmick pretty well, and they're not really that hard as well. The game ends after those four without a final stage, so be sure to enjoy them while you can.

I think it was a pretty fine Adventure game and would definitely recommend it. There are unique ideas here that I'd love to see more of in the future.

Interesting game with multiple gimmicks in its different stages.

Maybe a few precise traps occasionally but it was fine for the rest.

Interesting take on the Gravity.
The RPG stage was nice to play and not too difficult, the boss felt well placed after it.

Did not see a lot of the HP stage for the avoidance and boss because not too great on needling.
They are easy enough that they can dealt with HP without trouble.

Birdo boss was also neat.

Pretty old, but unusual gimmick-based adventure game made by Marimario. Game has several stages followed by several bosses. I liked many gimmicks, like gravity stage, stage where you have to clear screens to gain HP for the boss and the one, where you fight against different enemies and raise your level up. It has restarting music and quite many trap screens, which makes experience sometimes not so fun. It has production value though. The only thing, which can be an issue is the language barrier, since some gimmciks are quite not obvious, which makes it hard to understand what to do, and you have to go on youtube and look for strats. But, overall, it was decent experience. If you do not have a game to play, you may try this for an hour or so. Would recommend.

So as far as gimmick fangames go, there is surely up there as one of the most unique of its kind. From stage to stage, the gimmick changes from gravity which can be controlled with the mouse to an RPG stage and even some bosses. I think the bosses are lacking a bit but it doesn't take away from the game at all. If you like gimmicks, then you will love this game.

This game has a lot of variety for how short it is. Each stage brings something totally different, whether it be controllable gravity switching, Super Mario-styled platforming and even an RPG stage where you can level up and progress by killing enemies. There are various bosses too, which are fairly simple in terms of difficulty but remain enjoyable to fight.

I would've liked to see each stage expand upon the gimmicks for a little longer or make the stages themselves more expansive, and some areas felt more polished than others, but it doesn't detract from the overall quality of the game. Would recommend for anyone looking for a short game with some interesting ideas.
