The game contains six gimmick stages of two screens each and one avoidance.
Green Stage: Actually my favourite one in the whole game. If the smile in the middle of screen open his eyes, you will die (same mechanic as in the K3 EX). There are some diagonals here and there, but in general it's a good stage.
Blue Stage: Bad gimmick and bad design of the screens. The gimmick is when you press left or right, the screen will slowly turn over exactly the same. The second save of the first screen is terrible, because the screen is turning over and over, while you jumping gates. Eh.
Purple Stage: This could be a good stage if PD didn't ruin it at the second screen. When you walk, you are followed by a trace of invisible apples, which then kills you. In the second screen there are a lot of diagonals and the speed of appearence of apples increases, so they can kill you near the save while you trying to shoot it normally.
Red Stage: Generic bad-designly needle. So the gimmick is that the screen turning upside down every two seconds (same as in the Boshy in the World 2). I think, that this is the worstest stage in the game (all the tiles and spikes are red, so when the screen turns it also hurts your eyes).
Orange Stage: Over time, the entire level becomes invisible. Also in this stage there is only one screen, but you need to backtrack it to the beginning without any actuall changes.
Yellow Stage: Player's speed changing gimmick. I remembered Catastrophe when was playing this (the jumps are boring and uncreative there tho).
When you finally complete all of those, you will open the last stage.
Black Stage: Avoidance, that used in the I Wanna Break The Series Z 2 in the Boss Rush. Hitbox is a dot, which is on the head of Kid (so the bullets can go through body and legs). RNG there is a trash, especially on the second attack. Near the end of the avoidance, the bullets starts going crazy and in all directions and giving me thoughts, that PD lost his fantasy right there and just added something random.
Wouldn't recommend.

Platforming is pretty alright, the gimmicks aren't too bad but probably would have bumped this game up to a 6 if the collision order for blocks and spikes wasn't stupid. The avoidance is short and not too bad and has 1 attack that looks potentially bullshit but never ended killing me. It's okay.
