Agree with the other reviews, the needle is good, it is the claustrophobic type with a giant screen chock full of spikes, quite a few short hops etc. And yes the final save is by far the hardest, although I'm sure inferno would beat it pretty quickly these days.

One giant room full of needles. The game is good in a respect that there aren't a lot of generic trash needle jumps. There is a scrolling hex thing going on. The difficulty of the segments is all over the place, and the final save is way harder than the others to the point of being silly.
