Dotkid but not really. The spikes in this game can't quite agree on where your hitbox is, with only the blue ones treating you as dotkid. This mechanic is surprisingly difficult to get used to, but fun, and you get to coast through some screens from notoriously difficult games.

I really liked the gimmick, it made for some unique jumps. I will admit some saves are way harder than others, but overall I still really enjoyed the game. Also the music is SourPls, a big plus.

Fun fangame where The Kid has two hitboxes at the same time: The normal hitbox, and the dotkid hitbox. Red spikes can touch the kid's normal hitbox, while blue spikes can only touch the dotkid hitbox. The game uses these two kinds of spikes into multiple screens taken from harder needle games, making them a lot easier and giving the player more room for mistakes. While this gimmick can be quite confusing at first glance, it's quite fun to use once you understand it. At the end of the game, there's also a sequence of bosses that follows the spikes' logic: Red projectiles can hit the kid's normal hitbox, blue projectiles will only hit the dotkid hitbox. Visuals are cool, music is nice.
It's a fun game. Would recommend.
