Can't really give a difficulty rating because it's the choice of the player on how hard it wants the needle to be.
As for the needle itself, it reminds me a lot of what you would see in a Uhuhu type game but still managed to have a lot of original jumps in it. The create a save wherever you want gimmick is really innovative and you have a bit of freedom with where you want to place down one as long as its on a surface.
It ends off with a simple maze with a flashlight effect which basically tells you the aftermath and something related to your sanity which was kinda unnecessary, it didn't bother me that much.
Definitely worth playing. The needle is fun, the save gimmick is intuitive and the visuals are downright amazing.

Good gimmick but everything else feels just decent. Still fun but there's still other games. It being approachable for everyone else is okay.

The screen before the maze is really dumb and basically ruins the game. It seems like it would be interesting to play on VH if not for that screen.

Rating based on normal mode.
Very fun needle game. I loved the fact that I can place save position each room. This made game more balanced. You can choose when to suffer, and length between saves.
