I pressed D on a save and was curious what it mean by delete save, so I backed up my save data and clicked yes. The game reset my save and replacing my old save data doesn't work. Oh well

The platforming is probably some of Erunatyan's best to date. A couple parts took a while to figure out (especially with the visual effects), but it was all enjoyable. It isn't super easy, but it never got super hard or unfair. I'd recommend playing with cat mode turned on if you can handle the visuals.
Does not include the avoidance because I haven't cleared it yet.

I forgot to give a review to this game.
Needle was pretty fun, but the Cat Mode makes it an annoying Visual_Challenge moment. So if you only want to do needle without visuals, just do normal mode and enjoy the platforming.
The other big part is the avoidance that is pretty fun with some great attacks. Sadly, it can be very unbalanced sometimes and the last two attacks before the last attack are harder then anything else in the avoidance. But it was fun regardless.
I would only suggest the full game if you can tolerate the visuals in Cat Mode. Their not bad, but it can be distracting.

Well I beat the platforming on Cat Mode. I died on the last jump and softlocked, couldn't respawn. I F2'd, went and did the jump first try, but then I couldn't access the avoidance. I got the bad ending for no reason. Epic.
I was going to recommend this game, but that really pissed me off. The visuals are good, but annoying and get in the way of actually doing the needle. If you play on normal mode it'd be piss easy but you can't see where you're going half the time so it literally is a Visual Challenge. Usually you'd associate that with something that hurts to look at, but considering the presentation of the game and how you have to just wait out the visuals having a seizure or just wing it on certain long jumps, I think that tag suits this game fairly well. Also the last two screens doubled my death count :thinking:
Oh and whenever you save, not only is the save's hitbox really stingy, but you can't readjust after you've saved and it saves you right where you pressed S. I wouldn't mind this if the saves had a set position it saved you at, but it doesn't.

Really well made needle, the visuals of the cat mode are crazy and interesting but also they get annoying pretty fast.
The avoidance is not the best part of the game sadly. There are some insta gibs attacks and rng attacks that will dick you if you get unlucky. Besides that, the avoidance visuals are cool, the design and the ideas used for the pattern and rng attacks are nice (except for the gates attacks EleGiggle ), and there are cats!
