Imagine you're trudging through some mud.

After immersing yourself into it you get into a sort of groove of steady progress through it; you go along with no troubles for an hour or so, and don't particularly hate it.

Suddenly, the mud gets twice as thick as before just out of nowhere.

Every successive step takes twice the effort as before. About 15 minutes of this go by and you're exhausted, demotivated, and just don't want to walk in the mud anymore at all; the longer you go, the more frustrated you get. "Why the hell did it get so hard? Just why?" you think to yourself as you contemplate just ending it there

And so after 30 minutes of trudging through frame perfect paste you're absolutely sick of doing it and kill yourself.

This was exactly what it felt like playing this game; everything was smooth running until the last screen of the penultimate area, where the maker ran low on the budget for saves and decided to place every jump that matters halfway into the segment, requiring you to waste your time on free stuff just to die repeatedly to the harder stuff.

It could have been a great game; unfortunately it fell victim to horrible balancing that plagues far too many needle games. Wouldn't recommend.
