I'm not really a fan of sunderkeenin's other games, but I really enjoyed this.
It's 3 screens of fairly difficult needle that never devolved into the jump refreshers + vines shit you see in pretty much every needle game from the western community these days. Also, the fact that he managed to actually pull off using water 1 without those saves being complete shit a nice surprise.
Would recommend if you want some sort of hard but very chill needle.

A solid, varied needle experience. Only 3 screens, so fairly short, but its dense. Good variety in the jumps without too much stuff that feels annoying and design looks like it took that into consideration - lots of 16px gaps since its all quite tight but generally thought was put in to allow the player to position themselves for it rather than just grinding it out. A small little sprinkle of the basic gimmicks (floating water, one jump refresher, platform jumps) to add a little spice without being overdone.
Difficulty curve is a little bumpy, but nothing problematic and the aesthetics are very fitting.
