As a beginner to fangames, this was a great introduction to needle with perfectly spaced saves and a few bits of added difficulty. Highly recommended as a first needle. Music is not to my liking, though, had to play muted.

This game was good. It took me much longer than expected to finish it. For beginners, it helps with practice and has a few very hard jumps that will take some time to do.
finished this after finishing the 2nd game in the series, which seems less difficult than this.
Might be a good speedrun game.

*This does not have shoot saves. Important to remember you have a separate button to push*

Great introduction to needle for new players. Very short, took me only 45 minutes to beat. Not much else to say really, this game's really simple.

For the first game in this serie we have quite short needle, which has nice tileset, really good choice for the background music. Platforming itelf is beginner friendly, but does not show anything too special, however I liked idea of many connected to each other rooms. I quite didn't expect that and that made game quite more original than I thought at first. Also, I disliked fact of saving on 'S', because there are too many saves and it is quite annoying to press 'S' quite a lot during the game (also I would agree with some others, that death music is questionable). Difficulty is great for beginners, so I, still, would recommend this game, it is great to spend a few minutes on it.
