tl;dr
Noun is ok, ノコメック is cool-ish but lacking, and Ib is one of the most frustrating things I've ever played.

Noun:
This stage is standard needle, so there's nothing too exciting about it. Definitely the easiest of the 3 stages.

Ib:
This stage is a disgusting and frustrating mess. It starts out seeming decent with the visuals looking pleasant and the platforming being somewhat puzzle-y and trap-y. Then you reach golf which is by far the hardest thing in the game and painfully irritating in ways that cannot be properly described. Your angles are limited which takes away any sort of control, and every hole is needlessly precise in terms of strokes (for your sanity, I'd at least recommend switching to easy mode). It has traps, it feels inconsistent, and every screen will somehow feel more upsetting than the last. It's not fun, it's not well-made, and it nearly made me quit.

Then you've got Pikmin! You'd expect it to be a nice break after golf, but it does a good job of not explaining any mechanics or what controls need to be used while combining it without any proper tutorial. Just to explain the general way it works: red can go through fire, blue can go in water, and yellow gets thrown higher; and the controls are Z to pick up and throw, up arrow to make the Pikmin stand still, and X to call for Pikmin nearby to follow. The creator clearly knows how to make interesting design using the Pikmin mechanics as showcased in the final screen, but most of the saves before that are long, precise, or both. I didn't find it quite as frustrating as golf, but it was definitely pretty close.

The boss is actually pretty fun, though.

ノコメック:
This stage has cool ideas but low production value and pretty lackluster design. It has a Mario Party-like minigame in which you complete a needle jump against 3 AIs which determines the dice roll order. First and second place get 2 dice, third and fourth place get 1 die, and there are a couple bonus dice on the board. Not a ton else to say, but I enjoyed this section minus having to wait for every single Kid to slowly walk to their next spot. You may get frustrated trying to get in the warp at the end because I believe you need to roll a 6 on one of your dice which is obviously very RNG-dependent.

And to finish off the stage, there's a relatively learny and very back-heavy avoidance. It has cool ideas but just like the stage it's in suffers from low production value. Everything from the gray + blue cherry attack onward is potentially difficult with the Yukkuri face and the final attack being standouts. It is immensely annoying that the Boo kills you instantly if you are facing to the left at all which caused me to die immediately first time I reached the ending. The avoidance sure wasn't the worst thing in the game, and playing on easy mode gives 3 HP, but it was very much not a good time going for hitless.

Very interesting collab with 3 very distinct areas by 3 makers. Each area is so completely different from each other that I won't bother talking about the game as a whole.

Noun's area is entirely needle. There's nothing really special about it but it looks ok and there's nothing bad about it, so it gets passing marks.

Ib's area is a rollercoaster of everything. It's 3 areas in one and they're all very gimmicky. The gimmicks are very well made and mostly fun to play with, but the execution here leaves to be desired. This is where the difficulty of the game is. Some of these gimmicks are pushed to their absolute limit with some very stupid stuff required. The golf area in particular is extremely hard, as every mistake is a forced reset, and some of the shots required will force you to have very precise power control as well as memorizing a lot of timing. Good luck with the double moving platform bounce. The pikmin area isn't quite as bad but there's still some pretty gnarly stuff in here. 2 water diagonals as well as a very precise pikmin throw at the end of a save? Have fun!

ノコメック's area is also very interesting. It's a Mario Party style area where you race 3 CPUs to the goal. The implementation is very basic with only 1 minigame and not really much else going on to it, but it's a fun idea so I don't really care. You have the option of using Easy mode or not here which makes the CPUs less good and the minigames easier as well (it's also present in part of Ib's stage, but it's pretty much required there). After Mario Party comes... an avoidance, obviously. The avoidance is quite fun with pretty varied attacks and some throwbacks to the Mario Party part you just went through, and you have the option of Easy mode again here which gives you 3 HP.

Overall, I very much enjoyed my experience going through this game. It has its ups and downs but with how much it has going for it in variety, it's worth a shot for sure. Just be prepared for the difficulty Ib's area can bring (the other 2 would probably go at a 60 at most).
