It's possible to reach the warp by killing the boss while you are at the right side of the screen, as you spawn at the same location as you were in the boss screen. However, the warp moves to the left side when close to it. Even then, you can do the double diamond to a block thing (I was able to 6f the diamond somehow in the game??), but upon reaching the warp again, it just moves again, offscreen this time.
The game also crashes if you jump into the corner at the supposed-looking start of the after-boss screen due to "incorrect room number" so that looks like a hidden broken warp instead of some objects that straight up just close the game during normal gameplay.
