I played this game on Basic difficulty and made it to the true final boss.
You know, I usually dislike trap games, because even if traps are funny, I dislike trial and error. Actually, those traps with korean memes made me enjoy this somehow.
Bosses were good. And the fact that some secrets were just extra bosses made me happier; in fact, the secret bosses are the best in my opinion.
I can definitely say that Gay Tower (last stage before true final boss) is the best part of the game. No more traps, just a long test with all gimmicks you've seen in previous stages. And I really like how this stage was one long tower. Shame that you need all secrets to get here, otherwise you're getting the bad ending and have to get all secrets.
If you have nothing to do and want to laugh a bit, I recommend to try this game.

Decided to pull this out of the old timer archives because I'd heard good things about it. It's easy to see why this game was regarded as good but it does not stand the test of time - not even a little. I'd venture to say this is one of the worst fangaming experiences I've actually had. Its not the game is purely bad, but it was not enjoyable and had just the right level of good parts to make you wonder if you should keep trudging through it which made me dislike it even more as it went on.
Everything about it feels like it has the right level of quality to seem like it could be good, but actually be bad. Production value looks alright, but some of the visuals just serve to make the gameplay worse. Additionally, it uses assets from other games well, then mixes them with generic garbage that feels horribly out of place and half-assed. It has some well implemented sound effects but audio quality is mediocre and music restarts (as to be expected of the era).
It starts off with an interesting premise and leads to what seems like it would be an interesting concept which pulls you in but every idea feels designed worse and implemented poorly. Save positioning is bad, save balance is terrible, there's maybe one decent trap per dozen almost to justify all the garbage ones. Most of the gimmicks aren't necessarily bad, but are poorly utilized and there's platforming sections peppered with completely unnecessary tedious RNG too.
Don't bother playing this game, there's so much better out there these days. This game is basically run the marathon except where everything is done wrong. There's a lot of ideas and effort in here which I credit it for, but it definitely wasn't any fun.

Great gimmicks, great needle, overall a great game. The spike stage was underwhelming, but only because the rest of the game was so good. The boss was interesting in theory, but I think semi-randomized mini-puzzles would have made for a more interesting experience since as it stands the platforming gimmicks are largely there as more of a callback than as actual mechanics, since they're so simple (like taking a blue potion to go up and... that's it). But that's a minor complaint compared to how good the game is overall. Definitely recommended.
