Backrooms Floor 37284 "The Needle"
Survival Difficulty: Class 5 - Unsafe, Unsecure, Dense Entity Count
Floor Description: Backrooms Floor 37284 is a seemingly plain area consisting of a vertical tower with ladders proceeding upwards through it. The exact dimensions of this tower are unknown, mainly because nobody has ever really seen the end of it. Visitors are unable to proceed from one segment of the building to the other due to each ladder being blocked at the end, however, they are able to remove the blocker by making it through two areas on each side of the segment.
Floor 37284 does not have a single dedicated visual style and instead changes for each tower segment. These visual designs can range from any point of the spectrum, with some being calm inspiring light colors while other segments may have dark and depressing walls. Occasionally, visitors may witness the visual designs of segments they have already progressed through, thus it raises questions about the linearity of the structure.
For every three segments of the tower, there is a fourth that consists of only one area instead of two. These areas are more condensed than the others and are thus quicker to complete, however, it creates a false sense of progression throughout the tower that may confuse visitors into thinking they have come near the end of it when their journey has only begun.
Entities: Floor 37284 is accompanied predominantly by one type of entity, Spikes. These are seemingly lifeless entities that only begin their movement when you are outside of the area, but due to their sharp and poisonous bodies they do not need to hunt visitors, simply touching them will result in enough harm for mortal damage. The Spikes seemingly act as if serving the will of the tower, and help protect the deactivators of the ladder blockers. The closer a visitor gets to removing each blocker the more condensed the Spikes will be in the area. Other entities also come up within Floor 37284, Apples and Kill Blocks are rare occurrences but can be deadly upon touch as well.
Other Details: Survival Conditions are extreme and make the level inhabitable as there are no natural generations of food or water within the floor (in fact there is really no substance in them at all). It is both unknown how to enter or exit from the floor, the latter is actually believed to be impossible at the moment. There are no known settlements within Floor 37284, it is believed impossible to meet another visitor within the tower due to its immense proportions. A widespread belief is that the final segments of the floor are measurably more difficult than the rest, so visitors should beware.
