This game might look like a good game, the savebox settings are good, nice sprites, somewhat good music.
The game lacks good design, stupid boring spike traps, unbalanced segments and that stupid sign that you can't read. The final boss is garbage, it's unnecesarily long and some of the attacks on phase 1 are unfair. Theres some sort of trap in every phase so you'll die atleast once. Also, the music is restarting

An adventure game which takes place in an snowy area with a bunch of traps here and there along with an fun boss at the end.

The snowy scenery is a nice touch, relaxing even. The platforming is fairly easy, some trolls, but not to the point of frustration. The final boss is good, RNG can easily screw you on the first part, though.
A little tip since the sign is in Japanese, to activate the ski lift on the right, you have to go back two screens and shoot the troll apple on the bottom platform.

Rating based on the standart setting (Needles: Normal, Saves: Normal) , since it's the way the game is supposed to be played.
So, here's a cool game. Aside from the sign that most can't read (Why do people even do this?), there's nothing to complain about. The amount of traps is fair and the level design itself is incredibly good (Surprisingly, I liked the backtracking. The level changes when you backtrack, you have to do something different everytime, mainly at the last part because of the shadow segments). You can make the game easier or harder anytime you want (As long as there is a save nearby) through the settings, enabling or disabling certain saves and removing or putting back certain spikes. The gimmicks are also awesome and well-used, and the difficulty is well-balanced (Again, I'm talking about the standart settings).
The 'mini-bosses' at the gray segment (Last part of the game) are fun, and although they can be overwhelming sometimes, they're still doable. The boss is also great, with 4 phases: The first 3 ones are avoidances, and in the last one you'll have to shoot him to the death. Most of the battle is simply about learning the pattern, but the last attack at the first phase is dangerous, because the snow waves spawn very fast and if you get bad RNG, you'll be killed without a chance to deffend yourself. I don't really bother about the trolls at every phase because they're natural of any pattern boss. Time Machine 2 does worse and nobody complains about it.

This game has some pretty fun platforming parts. I found the boss to be somewhat overwhelming, though.
