The main game is quite bad, just endless screens of similar generic needle. The extra had some harder stuff, but it's still quite generic.

Rating does not include extra. It's the best type of needle: really bad save balance, ridiculous difficulty ramp up, background is the same colour as the spikes, making it hard to see them, uncreative generic jumps spam, and the best of the best - saves in the air.
