You have to jump up a tower of platforms while dodging Bullet Bill blasters that are shooting Rinkas to reach the flag. Once you do that you'll have to dodge 10 seconds of Rinkas coming at you with infinite jump enabled. Trying not to get hit by the top of the screen is the hardest part here. Even if The Kid slightly hits the top with his hair, you will be dead.

Basically, there are bill blasters shooting rings at you, and you have to avoid them. First, you have to reach a flag at the top of the stage, and then, you only have to survive for a while. Not a bad concept, but the execution is terrible. Wouldn't recommend.
