It haunts me to this day how I've never beaten this avoidance, even though it's not outside of my skill range and even though it's one of my favorites (I really don't know why).
Anyway, let's talk about the medium difficulty. It starts with two screens of really bland needle (With a hype music, though) where you can abuse save jumping to avoid worrying about trickier jumps, then there's a boss. The boss is actually pretty cool, with four attacks, the first two being pure, but fair RNG, and the last two being some easy to learn (But maybe tricky to execute) pattern. After that, the real game begins.
This is one of those games that you play strictly for the avoidance. It's where you'll spend the vast majority of your time anyway. Whether you like it or not is a whole different story, though. The RNG attacks love to destroy your dreams (Seriously, almost every RNG attack in this game is/can be cheap in some way), some projectiles in the chorus blend with the background in a way that makes them somewhat difficult to see, and there are some insta-gib pattern attacks here and there to make everything more bearable, so I can see people (Namely myself) disliking it, but somehow, I can still stomach all that and have fun with this game every now and then.
It's not like I don't have anything good to say about it either. The music is sweet, the attacks are creative and pleasant to look at, and pleasant to avoid as well, when you are given the chance to. The balance between pattern and RNG is done well, so the damage done by both is minimized. It's fun. Anyway, I just wanted to talk about the forgotten KR0game, since it's my favorite among them (And possibly my favorite game by KR01). At the very least, it's worth a try.

The needle is pretty easy, and the avoidance is primarily pattern heavy - there are a few RNG attacks that can be a bit tough sometimes, but most of the difficulty comes from the patterns. It looks nice, and I enjoy SPiCa (the song) quite a bit, but it's "instagibby" and learny, so expect to die a decent amount of times later in.

My review is based on the following playthrough :
Medium:
• Needle cleared
• Boss cleared
• Avoidance encleared
Ez-mode:
• Avoidance cleared
Needle part:
Not so hard since there are no save blockers.
Boss:
Pretty fun and enjoyable
Avoidance:
The music is nice, I like it.
I couldn't beat it on medium because of some aimed attacks. On Ez-mode, the avoidance is easier and more enjoyable. There is on attack which may be hard because of RNG, you can get litteraly walled.
