Nice-looking, mostly generic needle inspired by Seven Trials (Though this time only one person made everything). Although generic, it never felt repetitive as far as I can remember (It's been a long time since I played it, so don't take my word for it), and I enjoyed everything I played in it (Which excludes the 5 Trial and the 5X Trial). There's also an avoidance trial that can be described just like the needle sections: Quite a bit generic, but nice-looking and really enjoyable.
It's hard to tell if I'd give it a 5.0 or a 6.0 (It all comes down to how I'd feel about the 5 trial, and I'm not playing that anytime soon) for quality rating, and the same goes for the difficulty rating (Except that I can't even make a good estimation of that one. 60+, I guess, most likely on the 70s), so I'll just leave those two blank.
Side note: 5X looks like an extra of sorts, so I'd treat it as one.

Not including 5x, which can be treat like extra, since this game has no clear screen, and concept of 5x is just dumb cancerous buffs of trial 5
Other than that, pretty good precision needle, tbh. I didn't expect too much, but i really like this game overall. First four trials were mostly chill with cool music and tilesets, and gameplay was smooth for the most part. Trial 5 is very rough, first (black) half is not that hard, but second (white) is extremely hard, but actually interesting to play, like first save with double diagonals and platform in between was engaging to pull off. I like basically every saves on white side, except maybe last one, because i found it kinda bruh - ceiling dd was very precise and way more hard than it looks, but after all i manage to find decent setup. I also like visual presentation of this trial and music was really awesome and driving
Also there is trial 6 which is fun and simple in design barrage. It was not that hard and it was pretty chill to play after conquering needle part

Ario Trials consists of 6 areas and an extra area (one of them being an avoidance)
Areas 1 through 4 are your usual old needle style """generic""" kinda thing. I had some decent fun with most of the jumps since I've never cared about these kinda things, but it definitely isn't some crazy needle, but I can't judge old games that much.
Area 6 is the avoidance. It was pretty nice (although short lived because I destroyed it), but I could notice some attacks looked like they could be kinda bullshit sometimes?? There was this double rng moment where I got really close to just getting destroyed multiple times and it didn't look that fair. I still think it's a kinda nice boss.
Problem arises with Area 5, which is why this doesn't have a higher rating. It's really annoying, especially when I don't have some cool needle techniques at hand. It consists of two zones.
First zone is not that bad but it does have quite an amount of annoyances.
The second zone is really annoying, featuring saves that require fewer techniques, yet somehow they feel worse.
Then last save took me a while and multiple people were telling me to use a 1f but it's really hard for me to do that on default layout when it feels like torture for my hands, so I had to go for the epic precise strats and it was definitely not fun times.
Extra version looks extremely weirdchamp
Overall, I don't know if I would recommend this one. I'm leaning more towards not recommending it because ario has other games that are way better than this, but you could find some fun in the old generic needle style areas and the boss, but that's usually not the case for most people.
