Really long and really difficult needle game. In the same vein as Break the Needle Game 6, it's a mostly generic, but (somewhat) enjoyable needle game, though it's way harder and heavily grindy (Which is particularly scary to see in a lengthy game) at some points. I played it up until two saves past the double sphincter, and then used a hex editor to see the remainder of the game's content.
The harder sections of the game shouldn't earn anything lower than a 88 from me, though I can't give an upper limit (since I did not play the whole thing). Some sections are really hard to stomach as well, like the save that has 5 downwards water planes and ends with 2 sphincters, but most of the game is alright. If you are looking for some particularly challenging needle and your standards are low, this is a game to consider trying out.
Note: The original review mentioned an avoidance at the end of the game. However, from what I've heard, this avoidance cannot be reached via normal means, so you don't really need to worry about it. The screen it was placed in looked like a normal needle screen (And even gave off a last save vibe, from what I recall), so I definitely did not expect this. Sorry about the confusion.
