Literally what Para says, it makes a noise when you get a 1 frame. I rated it a bit higher because it can be good to practice if you need or want to learn to 1 frame.

Not really a game, more of a 1-frame jump simulator. Game will tell you how many frames you jumped, plays a chime when you achieve 1-frame jump.
