Oh goodie, time to translate japanase titles!
The title translates to something like "Result announcement crust Oh!!!!!", according to Google Translate.
If you want to play this by yourself, remove the illegible characters from the files and the .exe, else it won't work.
Now, lets get into the game itself. The title screen is weird and has no music, but thats only a minor problem. The game then starts with an avoidance which starts quite repetitive, then goes on with an RNG-reliant attack with way too many small fruit comming and it's easy to end up cornered. Seemingly a meme avoidance. I haven't gotten past that attack yet, but I guess I've seen enough of the game already.
