A 45-floor needle game (with 5 extra screens). It starts off with pretty decent needle and stays that way for the most part until you hit room 41, when things start to get really awkward. It was nonetheless pretty fun for the most part, though there were a bunch of saves that I disliked; I'd probably recommend this, but only to people who really like needle like I do.
As a side note, just forget the extra even exists if you do decide to play this; it's some abhorrent, untested shit and the maker of these screens should be ashamed of it honestly (this is even stated in the ReadMe basically).
