I'll be reviewing each game of the series separately, since the maker said in the readme that the only reason why he didn't upload each .exe individually was because he was too lazy to do so (Also, writing about three different fangames in the same review feels weird, even if they are really similar).

Basically the definition of what beginner needle should be like. Lots of creative jumps with plenty of room for mistakes, somewhat short saves and nice design overall. The difficulty curve is really solid, constantly getting harder but never reaching lengths that are too unreasonable for a beginner. Being able to attain all of these positives on the design department while making a beginner-friendly needle is worth double the praise. Furthermore, the visuals are really nice, and the music is nice and fitting (Although the death sound is kinda annoying).
That doesn't really mean that only beginners should play it, however. As it holds most of the positives that make a good needle game, it's also a great game for somewhat experienced players to play if they are looking for a nice, easier fangame to spend a couple minutes at.
Basically, it's worth playing regardless of skill level (Unless you particularly dislike easier fangames). It's just that great. Highly recommended.

Beginner needlers look no further! This is a 3-in-1 bundle of creative yet sensible design, with peaceful music and visuals to suit. Each game is slightly more difficult than the one before. However, they're all fun, and finish with a similar idea.
I highly recommend this before trying needle games above 30 stars of difficulty.

+ Good beginner needle (hard to find)
+ Creative pathing through screens
+ Peaceful visuals

- Packaged as three separate games
- Same music for all three games

(This review extends to all three games as they're effectively three stages of one game without music changes)

The strengths of the Kaenbyou series are all in the pathing. Even mediocre needle can be elevated to something quite enjoyable if the pathing is any good, and the needle here isn't even mediocre!

Ultimately, the needle is merely passable, but I did in fact enjoy myself throughout the trilogy due to the intelligent, maze-like pathing of each game. Where Kaenbyou is at its best is during the final stages which remind one of qoqoqo 300 with those maze rooms. In the latter two games I even found myself getting lost once or twice, something I did not mind.

I heavily recommend this to both beginners and experts alike, although the experts will certainly find themselves bored by the end of the series.

Review for all three

~15 min each, <100 deaths each

I really enjoyed the variety in these, showed me what kind of jumps I need to work on. There are some tricky (for beginners) jumps in all three games, but the saves are pretty frequent. Also noticed some small details that make it more beginner friendly, like moving some spikes over slightly so you don't accidentally hit them while hugging a wall.

The multi screen rooms were well-executed for the most part. Although most of the time there were walls blocking you from accidentally touching spikes before you saved, there was at least one part where I jumped to transition upwards and touched a spike above a save.
