The needle is mediocre at best; saves are long, and it's really hard to see the actual level thanks to the transparent spikes and blocks and the background images. On top of that most of the images aren't very good. If anything, this should be renamed to I wanna be the okay Ecchi because you don't get anything truly NSFW until the final screen and the clear screen. Wouldn't recommend.
