Updated the game. For the people who were deterred by the file size, it is much smaller now. Before the music was Uncompressed, but I've changed that for this update. Also fixed a softlock fairly late into the game. I hope you'll enjoy the game :)

Not really your standard needle. The nicely bite-sized screens use a variety of gimmicks, so most screens aren't simply vanilla needle.

Clearly some creativity and cleverness was put in the obstacle design. On some screens it's messy on the surface, but in a not unattractive and usually kind of charming way that fits the game's somewhat minimal, carefree atmosphere. While there are a few elements that some may find to be an annoyance, I found they didn't take away much of my enjoyment and mostly add to the game's character.

The music is very much a centerpiece, switching up songs every room or 2. I enjoyed this but you might not if you have a distaste of funky hip-hop (with an r&b edge). As far as the overall atmosphere, the music does the talking and the simplistic visuals are a nice complement, and change with the music.

The game offers a distinctive, compelling character and clever platforming. I fully enjoyed my playthrough, would recommend.

A very...interesting game. Most of the design choices are completely senseless, with seemingly random block and spike placement. In some rooms you have to deal with shaking objects which has an RNG position, which is fantastic for a needle game. Saves are way too long for their own good, hardest jumps are at the end of saves, hard jumps are incredibly annoying; I enjoyed a good 3 screens out of what all I played. You can softlock by entering the portal in sister/nation while you're upside down because the maker left the path open and the game autosaves; it's really far into the game too so I have no interest in playing back to it considering the amount of bad platforming before it. Wouldn't recommend.

Edit: maker gave me a fixed save; the last few screens were pretty enjoyable. Bumped the score up a bit

This game had an overall smooth playing, except when there were precise (and without set-up) jumps.
"Stupid" and "Bleach" 3rd save were especially grindy. "Bleach" and "Rental" was generally more grindy. "Boogie" 1st save, "Liquid" and easy saves were smooth (and fun) experiences. Generally felt, saves balanced grindiness with smoothness averagely-pleasantly.
