The game is actually safe for work despite the title.
A single screen of precise needle with quite a few interesting/fun jumps, although there are some generic jumps as well. I don't think 1-frames or JCs are necessary, but it does make a few saves easier. The game has relaxing music and pleasant visuals.
I would recommend it to experienced needle players.

I found it extremely difficult not using JC's, but the jumps were original and interesting, and I had fun grinding it.
