Really short game, just a single screen of a, actually well made needle. No music and bad visuals, its really poor, but if you extend this a little more it could be a really good needle I Wanna. I could see potential on this game, thats just my opinion.

I don't know what the effect that follows the kid every so often is, but it's slightly distracting.
