There is potential, though some polishing would be nice, like the music being restarted after death, or the saves being above the player. Shortcuts would be a nice addition.

Another try to create a fangame in Godot using a GB room. The physics are weird, the saves are above the player, restarting music after death. Overall I would say it's a pretty average base to create a decent Godot engine, just needs some work here and there.
