Jtool and YoYoYo engine vines are implemented slightly differently. Normally this doesn't cause any problems whatsoever, but this game has a spot where it completely destroys a save.
In stage 4, scr2, save 2, the save begins with a vine jump setup. In jtool, this jump is perfectly functional and very easy. In the game, it straight up doesn't work.
The only way I have been able to do the vine jump with YoYoYo implementation requires vfpi.
There is also a possible spike bunnyhop 4.5 below the vine jump, but going for that would just be the same as going for something equivalent to a gate route vfpi setup and then extending it.
