First off, don't be afraid of the fact that only the Very Hard warp can be entered, there are plenty of saves still.
Needle: Pretty simple short saves consisting of 1 or 2 jumps. Nothing special but jumps were satisfying enough I would say. Doesn't really need to exist but I have no problem with it at least.
Avoidance: I first tried it after watching a video once, but even then there isn't anything learny at all. It's a pretty good and chill old-school avoidance. Not too hard, not too easy, just right in my opinion. It's also 3.5 min long so if you're not good with longer avoidances this is honestly a good recommendation if you want to get better.
