The game looks extremely bad, all the tiles are default stuff and the backgrounds are very ugly so sometimes it's hard to even see the kid
There's a very small amount of screens in the game, and I think the lengh of the game is good, in all the screens, you will have to heavily rely on RNG
However, as dumb as it can sound, I'm giving this game a 7, because all this combined make the game hilarious to play, an ugly 2015 game where you have to pray for good RNG everytime, and the second screen of this game is SO FUNNY, how all the spikes just go crazy and dance everywhere and sometimes you get bad RNG and one of them just comes out of nowhere and goes straight into you. Also I think it's worth noting that the fact that there's so much RNG involved makes the player have to come up with new strats everytime to avoid the spikes, it actually was a really fun experience for me improvising everytime to avoid stuff (even though sometimes the RNG just says no and gives you some borderline impossible stuff)
Overall I think that the game is very enjoyable because it is so stupid that it is always funny, and you always need to improvise a bit to clear the screens so yeah I liked it. I can totally understand the bad ratings most people give to this game because it can easily get frustrating!

Collection of very interesting tech needle jumps, I recommend to try figuring the jumps yourself because its half the fun, and ask around if you struggle with a certain jump

Haven't cleared, but I have ~26 hours of playtime and ~2:10 PB
Impeccable design. None of that standard bullshit filler that I make, I could only imagine paralleling this avoidance. Closest I've got is HSP, but that falls really far flat compared to the masterpiece Nenemashi has produced here.
Lots of creative attacks with creative ways to read them, such as figuring out what color aims and is slower, going inside of circles to destroy them, and high speed bullets that change color when they're about to hit you. It really forces you to be attentive, and I think that's what a good avoidance should do; it should keep exercising your mental stamina but at the same time not drown it out to the point where you're exhausted and can't play anymore. Progressing through this is amazing; it's consistent after you spend say, an hour or so getting to an attack and figuring it out, for every damn attack. Learning to play this avoidance has been an absolute blast. The pacing is astounding, flow is perfect, mapping is beyond anything I could ever imagine, I cannot name anything wrong with this avoidance.
Every case of "bullshit RNG" is your fault for not reading the attack correctly.
If anything, be patient, get to know the avoidance before calling it off. I sure did when I first saw it.

nomination is an honor in and of itself, winning matters much less and even then, other games are also worthy of being nominated.
