Personally one of the worst needles games I have played in a long while. The whole game itself is not bad, but there are some sections that just don't need to exist like a really precise jump about half way through and some easy jumps that just seem much harder then they should be considering the difficulty level.

Pretty fun adventure game. Split into six worlds which you can do in any order followed by a final stage. The stages are pretty varied and all have pretty neat traps, except the first option which is some weird quiz thing (ANSWERS: centerx4, left). Each stage has a boss, and they're all acceptable quality, although Suwako and the waddle dee can be really annoying. Final stage is more of the same, but a bit harder, and with two fun bosses. I'd say give it a go.
