It's fascinating how mismatched can a game's song be with its attacks, especially if said attacks are also not particularly great.

A short fangame with 2 paths that you can do in any order then you can go to a final climactic zone.
Although I say 2 paths, the split is on the first screen, which makes both paths feel linear in nature.
The trap placement is alright, some sections are a bit annoying though most of it fits well with the 'OG guy' feel.
Level design wise there's a few cool sections, I noticed a lot of empty space and empty hallways, its not enough to detract too much, but worth pointing out. The only thing that did bother me were screen warps, some of which just put you at the screen's playerStart. Regardless, the level design was enjoyable enough where I didn't mind it too much.
As for bosses, the right path boss is decently interesting, though you die off the side of the screen, which got me once sadly. Final boss was also pretty neat, I noticed a bug with the large fireball spread attack which scales every fireball on screen instead of just the ones spawned.

✔️favorite, ✔️cleared, ✔️bookmark. I don't know why I played this game 3 months after downloading it. It was a bit short, and good! But the six-screen pause spinner was bad. Next, the bad design of the smudge and the crappy Groove Battle. The boss battle was simple. After that, the slime was honestly not enough. The last boss was not difficult. I wonder why it became Genshin at the end, but it was a good game overall.

This was one of the games that got me into fangames, and it feels so great to have cleared it after all these months. Incredible game, each area is fun and creative with the red area having some interesting jumps and a really fun toaster avoidance, the green area having a lot of creative traps (the blushing save really got me), but in particular I really enjoyed the blue area, the shadow gimmick is extremely fun. The knife boss was rather lackluster, but the other two bosses were a blast to learn (although the toaster avoidance did haunt my nightmares for a long time and was a bit of a difficulty spike for me). One of my current favorite fangames for sure.

Brutal game where the platforming is very tight and the traps are flying everywhere, even at the end saves.
Some of the gimmicks were cool, but other were not.
The bosses, despite looking cool, are the easiest parts of the game. Even the final boss being 5 minutes long doesn't get any harder in the fight.
This game was just fine but the traps can get pretty annoying.
