Kinda aidsy needle game. No sound effects, for some reason, which isn't a huge deal in needle games but the music disappears at room 4? as well, I think, so if you play it, have something to fill in the silence yourself. It comes back for stage 2, which has some serious foreground/background aesthetic problems.
Overall the needle is okay. It has a lot of neat jumps, actually, the problem is between every neat jump is a corner or a 16 px, and as it progresses, the ratio of 16 px to actual jumps increases. The engine feels a little weird, among this is platforms are in the foreground over the player (annoying) and platform jumps don't give you a double jump.
Note: This is only til whats probably near the end of stage 2, where I got softlocked into the ceiling when saving, so beware of that too.
