Fun game with a nice concept. I kinda wanted to see this game giving less impossible RNG in the platforming sections, but other than that, it's a nice game. Would recommend.

NCE3 is different from the other NCE-series games, considering it adds a whole new gimmick to the basic and easy needle that the previous games are known for. this gimmick, being RNG, works somewhat well in the given use cases. RNG platforming can be made really stupid and really difficult really easily, but due to the game's low difficulty this isn't a problem. even the saves which can be considered luck-based to some (like the RNG trap saves) aren't that big of an issue. the avoidance has some unique stuff about it, like how the aimed Japanese characters can come in different orders. still it's just an easy barrage fight
for whatever reason I used to really despise this game for having an RNG gimmick back when I first played it around 2016. I have no idea why, it really isn't difficult or bad at all

Much like the earlier games in the series, NCE3 is a short needle game with a short avoidance. However, this game uses a gimmick - randomised needle. Next to each save there's a reset button that jumbles the spike locations and directions. It was fun at first, but I found that 80% of the time RNG gave me literally impossible segments. As with the other games, it might be good to warm your fingers up with.

Pretty fun and not really hard game with randomization of spike positions. There are rarely impossible patterns but with reset button you can customize screen for yourself!
