Well, although ooparts 1 and 2 was a disaster, but they were my first projects.
And what do you do when a fangame is a disaster? make a sequel that is good enough to be not a disaster.

It's getting really old, right?
HAEGOE games are all kinda similar, following the same formula of short stages with a boss at the end. Oopart 3 is the first of his main games with octophobia and citadel but is way worse than these two. He has never been good at making needle, usually it's either very easy or very generic but in the other two games it's not really a problem (if you can stand generic needle at least) since it never get hard but here, starting from the later stages, it introduces shit like corner spam, ledges, 9 jumps and even inverts, making the needle part very tedious.
But the core of HAEGOE games has always been bosses and here, well they are intersting from boss 5 even if I think that the final boss is a big difficulty spike (and also is a full touhou boss so I hope you like that kind of gameplay).
Each stages up to stage 8 has a secrets, from 1 to 4 they are upgrades I really recommend you to search because they are quite usefull, and from 5 to 8 they are secrets you need to unlock extra and I really recommend you to NOT go for them because you honestly don't want to do extra. The extra stage is totally unfun, being very poorly buffed screens from the previous stages. The extra boss is unfun as well, with a bunch of unfair RNG attacks and WAY TOO MUCH hp. He's also extremely hard, I had to dropped it because I didn't want to start some huge grind of such no fun boss.
You probably should pass your way on this one and play HAEGOE other games, they are basically way better versions of this one.

I find HAEGOE games unique, with each stage taking inspiration from different games and also packed with reasonable platforming and good bosses!

A pretty solid adventure game, so long as you don't mind generic needle. The platforming was pretty fun with each stage sporting a unique gimmick. The bosses were really well done and had quite a bit of variety as well. Also, the difficulty curve was consistent but steep - the later stages were quite a bit harder than the first few stages.
Unless you really want to 100% the game, extra is not worth your time. The extra boss by itself raises the difficulty of this game to around 70, not to mention the platforming beforehand is fairly challenging.

Rating based on Standard Mode with no secrets.
This so far has been my favorite game from Haegoe, and was quite a solid Needleventure game in my eyes. Spread-out across 10 stages in 2 hubs, there's a lot going on that is both simple and fun to play. It does contain the signature style of Haegoe which involves a lot of corridors and needles, but at least on Standard mode, it is a fun romp to go through with nothing ever being too hard. The bosses are pretty fun as well, and range from simple styles that remind me of Floor game bosses, to avoidances, to even a Schmup-style final boss. I will warn you though that the last one can be pretty hard, especially if you have no experience with Schmups, so it could potentially be a hurdle for you. The game also has secrets, but I didn't remember to check for them, so I ended up getting none. (Some of them are allegedly powerups, but I don't see how they would even help with the hard parts anyways).
I would recommend this game, it has a unique feel to it while remaining a level of simplicity that more classic fangame players would enjoy especially.
