The platforming isn't terrible, but its not good enough to warrant playing the game and the boss is just an apple with autofire (thankfully that was put into consideration because it'd be a spamfest otherwise) and 3 attacks.
The real reason to not play the game is that its hideous. The thin red lines on white are just bad on their own but movement and screen scrolling seems to cause the kid and the environment to flicker randomly. The background effects are fast moving multicolored confetti and the music quality sounds like old school hold music quality. Combined with air touch saves that are frequently placed immediately after the previous jump so that you either respawn above the previous spike or have to wait until you can re-save, there's just not much redeeming quality here.
