Game consists of a few screens of platforming followed by a boss with a load of HP. It's not really hard if you can mash fast or use autofire, though it can be a problem if you aren't doing so. There's nothing that interesting or funny in the game, just feels like weird humor that I didn't get at all.
Wouldn't recommend.

I liked the first boss, otherwise very empty.
Also being stuck inside a block in the appearing block path (yoko blocks ?) screen makes you disappear in another dimension for some reason when the block you are stuck in disappear, forced reset.
