Needle was whatever, pretty not hard honestly. Avoidance was generally fun, has some neat stuff like fun stuttering, but RNG was annoying, especially in second half and on long spray attack in middle of fight. Vibe and music were on point tho, and overall considering how old this is, it's pretty playable avoidance. Probably worth to try a shot if you like semi-barrages

It has a name value, but it was a big disadvantage for me, so I had a trashy time. I didn't clear it, but if I did, I won't touch the 'a' of the avoidance again.

I really didnt enjoy this game, the needle has stupid stuff but it wasn't super tedious or anything so not to much to say about that, kind of the harder needle for that time period with stuff which seemed ok for the time this game was made.
The avoidance however has extreme balance issues, there are like 3 attacks (including final) that can pretty much instagib you, even if ur to some degree prepared for what is coming.
The 1st half of this avoidance is basically dodging 1 / 2 attacks because you dont really have to do much else besides sitting in the corner while the attacks dont even reach out to you.
in short, i genuinely feel like this avoidance could have been much more "even for the time it was made", some questionable things made the overall experience not that fun.

The needle was okay. There was nothing special about it. However, the avoidance was really bullshit from start to finish. Everything about it is just so incredibly luck based. You can play the needle as a time killer, but don't play the avoidance.
