Is "outsider fangame" a genre (Pharaoh would let me think it is...)? That's about the best way to describe this rather bizarre and unique game. Prepare for intense melee combat, a different engine and some truly special sound effects. The rating may be a bit high but it's enjoyable as a novelty game, which I think is the kind that needs to be played as a description wouldn't do it justice. Definitely "love it or hate it", hell, or both at the same time.

Cosmoing
A very non-standard fangame where you go around and fight dudes with a sword. The combat is pretty simple, all you have is a guard and an attack, but it still manages to stay interesting enough that it never gets tiring. You get 1 save per floor which can be a pretty long period of time but you also have health, and there's potions that give you more health as well. It's worth a try for sure.

The concept is interesting, but there's almost no variety. All the enemies are exactly the same, but with different amounts of HP. The sword would be really awesome if used in the right way, but you just swing it around trying to kill enemies, blocking attacks once in a while.
Having found out that there was a new version (2.0), I has hyped for more elaborate sword fights, specially since the maker said that the enemy AI was improved, but apparently you can still button mash your way to victory, which is disappointing.
It's quite tedious overall. A nice concept that wasn't properly executed. Wouldn't recommend.
