Kind of hard generic needle that disables numlock and has a steak jump. I wouldn't play this unless you can comfortably 1f and/or cancel, but it's kind of fun if you can.
The very first save begins with a double diamond, so if you're the kind of person to drop a game upon seeing something like this, it's probably not for you.

Way easier than it looks. There's an weird balancing thing going on where some saves require hard jumps or cancels like the steak jump at the last screen while others require you to do some simple jumps like the last save of the first screen.
