Rating based on the new version.
I found this game to be way easier than people are saying it is. I know the old version was a bit more buffed so I can see why people would rate it above a 80, but the new version takes away the hard jumps that used to make these screens harder. Some of the screens that were still hard for me were screen 1 and 7. I especially took a long time on screen 7 because it's way more precise than the other screens by far.
Other than the needle itself I found that the visuals were a little unpleasant to look at but it doesn't really hinder your needle experience that much. The song choice was really good as well.
Despite the opinion I made earlier, there is still a lot of fun to be had here. It's certainly one of the more unique needle games that I've played in a while, so I hope other makers make their own twist on this game in the future.

The drop on the 7th screen is really tough.

Rating is based on the updated version. There were several things I didn't enjoy,such as the chokeable jump at end of the each screen or the cancer drop in the 7th screen. But overall it's fantastic.
