The concept of the game is kind of neat, but it wasn't balanced enough to actually be enjoyable.
Easy, medium, and hard mostly felt way too generous with the amount of saves they'd give, so unless you go out of your way to make it harder, it ends up being way too easy.
Very hard on the other hand is very unfun. The first part of the game is pretty easy, so doing the screens with 1 save is very reasonable, but the last few screens get really annoying with how they'll randomly have multiple awkward choke jumps at different parts of the screen that just make it feel incredibly grindy.
If it had more thought put into how many saves each screen should realistically need to make it not feel too easy and not get too grindy, this game would have been a lot better.

It's a half decent needle game with an interesting concept. Being able to place your own saves make for an interesting mechanic, and I can already think of maybe how this idea could be built upon going ahead.
The visuals are nice, and I greatly appreciate the ability to tone them down if I want. The music got a bit stale for me after a little while. If you are only going to have 1 song, I would try to pick something a little longer next time. I also thought the song just didn't fit with the type of visuals the game had.
The platforming was above average, but for me I still felt like there was an over-use of diagonals and variations of diagonals. Aside from that, it's a decent game even if the ending was a bit off for me.

Rating based on Medium. Phenomenal needle game with a save-placing gimmick somewhat similar to Convallaria Majalis. The visuals are fantastic, even on the "tame" setting. The actual needle is fun and creative, forcing you to really look into each jump. Despite some difficulty imbalance jump-wise, the difficulty curve is pretty consistent, but never gets too hard. The only big problem is the maze after the Miku "fight." It lags pretty badly and is just plain tedious. Regardless, highly recommended for easy through hard difficulties.

Rating based on Hard Mode.
This was something.The visuals were just amazing.Kinda sad that i had to turn them off cause too much lag,but looking at them was great.The needle wasnt that hard and it didint change in the diffrent dificulties i think.The hard part was doing it with less saves.Medium-3 per room,hard-2 and very hard-1.
Overall highly recommendet for begginers on easy for more skilled people on the hrader difficulty :)

Chalenged's games are getting better and better. Nice needle game with the gimmick of placing your own saves but you only have a limited amount.
The needle was solid overall and the game could be accessible at all levels since you pretty much decide the difficulty with your save placements. Also bonus points for letting me turn off effects! Highly recommend this game to anyone who enjoys needle.
