Where can I start? Kale brings to the table a second haystack game to the series, mostly adding upon what is already in Needle in a Haystack 1. Some original content is present, most of it being extremely difficult yet unique and intriguing. A lovely surprise awaits the player on the final floor. Excited to see what kale has in store for the next addition to the haystack series.

Compared to Haystack 1 it's really not that different, especially as the game goes on it feels more and more like the original, although the bits that are significantly changed are often far more interesting to play. I think if you enjoy the game it's built off you probably won't find anything that egregious, and personally I enjoyed it more. It's also not that much harder at it's peak, although overall it's much more consistently challenging. Enjoyable game overall.
