Generic needle. It's pretty annoying though, lots of low jumps and overall awkward stuff. There's also random huge rooms, but they hurt my eyes, since the scrolling is locked to the kid. The background sometimes interferes with the tiles and makes it hard to see where to jump or where the water is.
There's a room with a bunch of chinese text, which I think says that there's an extra? The normal game doesn't have a clear screen even. The extra is slightly harder, but nothing much. It ends with a really long room, with some needle at the top and a long 2/3 block tall corridor below. There's like a million gate jumps in it, it's ass. The reward is hentai nsfw images, blocked by an invert.
